Inventory status

Draft — pending legal review and production cookie verification. The inventory below reflects source-code inspection, not a verified inventory of every production response, embedded payment service or hosting-provider script. No claim that the production site uses only necessary cookies is made.

Storage seen in the application

Authentication uses browser local storage to persist a session. The beetrac_pending_plan local-storage entry remembers the selected plan until checkout. Session storage entries starting bt_sec_ suppress duplicate security-event recording during a session. A shared sidebar control can set sidebar_state for a navigation preference, although that control may not be mounted in every view.

Embedded Stripe checkout and the external payment portal may use storage and fraud-prevention technologies governed by the provider's notices. External Google Fonts requests disclose connection information to that provider; this is an external request, not by itself proof of a cookie. The homepage video is local, not a third-party video embed. No advertising/analytics library was identified in the inspected application code; hosting and production behaviour still require verification.

Consent and future tracking

No optional analytics or advertising is enabled by the application's consent settings. Before adding non-essential tracking, complete the inventory and implement prior opt-in consent, category choices, withdrawal and evidence of consent; do not load such scripts until consent is granted. The admin review checklist tracks that requirement. A warning or a placeholder is not a working consent manager.

Control

Sign out to end the account session; browser site-data settings can remove local/session storage and cookies. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or checkout. Review provider notices when visiting third-party payment pages. The production inventory must specify cookie/storage names, providers, purposes and actual durations before approval.
